About our products

Are your products really natural?
Yes. Every product in our collection is formulated with certified natural and organic ingredients and produced under Ecocert COSMOS standards. This means no parabens, no phenoxyethanol, no synthetic fragrances, and no petrochemical ingredients.

What does Ecocert Certified mean?
Ecocert is one of the world's leading organic certification organisations. When a product is Ecocert certified, its full formulation — every ingredient, every processing step, and every packaging material — has been independently verified to meet strict natural and organic standards. It is not a self-declared claim.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All products are 100% vegan with no animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.

Where are your products made?
Our formulas are produced in Northern Europe (Latvia) in an EU-certified facility, fully compliant with EU Cosmetic Regulation No 1223/2009. L'Atelier Du Corps is based in Luxembourg.

Ingredients

What is Urea and is it safe?
Urea is a naturally occurring molecule found in the skin's own moisture-retaining system. In cosmetics, it acts as a powerful humectant — it attracts water into the skin and helps soften rough, dry texture. At 5% concentration (as used in our Body Cream) it is clinically recognised as safe and effective, particularly for dry and sensitive skin conditions. It is not to be confused with urea in other industrial contexts.

What is Panthenol?
Panthenol (Vitamin B5) is a skin-conditioning ingredient that soothes irritation, supports barrier repair, and improves moisture retention. It is one of the most well-tolerated actives in dermatology and is regularly recommended for sensitive and reactive skin.

Can I use your serums if I have sensitive skin?
Our Sensitive Skin Body Cream is specifically formulated for reactive, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin — fragrance-free and dermatologically tested. For face serums, we recommend patch-testing on the inner arm for 24 hours before first use if you have a history of skin sensitivity.

Shipping & orders

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the EU takes 5–10 business days. Luxembourg orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at the address on the Contact page to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but gift packaging options are planned for a future release.
